Who we are

We are people like you.

People who live, work, raise families, and care deeply about Springfield and what lies ahead for those who are with us and come after us.

We love our rural community, our farms, our villages and towns, and the people who call Springfield home. We also know our community is growing and changing.

We believe Springfield can grow in a thoughtful and responsible way—one that protects what makes our community special while creating opportunities for the next generation to live, work, raise families, and build a life here.

We believe good decisions start with good information. Springfield residents deserve clear, honest facts about the issues facing our community and the people asking to lead it.

We want to help people understand what is happening, ask good questions, look at the facts, and make their own informed decisions.

We believe leadership matters. What leaders have done in the past, how they have treated people, the decisions they have made, and how they have served their community can tell us a lot about how they may lead in the future.

Most of all, we believe Springfield's future belongs to all of us.
